NAME OF JOB: Skilled worker (Electrician) contract for electrical maintenance section of OFAJ, Work Area: Complete Factory and Estate including YIL headquarter, Work to be carried out: Predictive and Preventive maintenance of plant and machinery, Breakdown maintenance of the plant and machine, Substation maintenance of factory and estate, attending quarter electrical complaints, new electrical installation, termination of cables, jointing of cables, repairing of street lights at factory and estate etc.
REQUIREMENT: Requirement of 25 Electrician (Skilled Worker) per day for 312 Working days.
A. Essential Qualification for the Skilled worker: The technical worker deployed for Electrical maintenance shall have minimum qualification of ITI (Electrician/Electronic Mechanic/Wirethan) OR NCTVT certificate for Electrician/ Electronic Mechanic/ Wireman OR having having electrician wireman licence from State Government/PWD
B. Shall have an experience of minimum 1 year of working in heavy industry OR successfully completed apprenticeship as an Electrician/Electronic Fitter/Wireman.
C. The certificates, knowledge & experience of workmen shall be tested by OFAJ representative for eligibility checking at the time of deploying him by the firm. A trade test may also be conducted before deployment & based on the result of test the individual shall be deployed.
